Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
3. Delivery Conditions
Customers must provide accurate delivery information. Glow Gh is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
Risk transfers to the customer once the product is delivered.
4. Returns and Refunds (Cosmetic Products)
Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, strict hygiene and safety rules apply.
Eligible for Return or Refund
Products may be returned if:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged product on arrival
- Manufacturing defect
- Product expired at time of delivery
Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken seals
- Change of mind
- Allergic reactions
- Incorrect product choice
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
